Badr Phase 1, completed recently, is part of a self-contained residential community that consists of five distinct zones with apartment buildings, community buildings and recreational facilities.

PMI’s scope of work included the complete design of the nursery to be built of structural steel with heavy-duty metal decking for 11 buildings of the mixed-use development. Design, supply and installation of structural supports for GRC and all other decorative metalwork such as balustrades, gratings cat ladders, structural steel canopies, platforms. Aluminum and glazing work such as curtain wall, doors, windows and railing were also executed by PMI.
