Prime Metal Industries Completes Aluminium and Metal Works for Creek Beach Phases 4 & 5

Prime Metal Industries (PMI) has successfully completed its scope of works for Creek Beach Phases 4 & 5 — comprising Savanna, Cedar, Mangrove, Canopy and Moor — at Dubai Creek Harbour, contributing to the delivery of a major residential development by Emaar.

Located at Plot B.015, Dubai Creek Harbour, the development comprises 18 low-rise residential buildings ranging from 7 to 12 floors, arranged across five clusters—4A, 4B, 4C, 5A and 5B. The development features a shared Ground Floor + Mezzanine + First Floor podium, complemented by extensive community amenities, including swimming pools, gyms, barbecue areas, a cinema area, children’s play areas, sports courts and landscaped parks. The project has a total built-up area (BUA) of approximately 205,300 m².

For the development, PMI delivered a comprehensive scope covering the design, fabrication, supply and installation of aluminium and glazing works, alongside the fabrication, supply and installation of metal works. Through the successful completion of these works, PMI contributed to the architectural envelope, functionality and overall finishing quality of the residential development.

The project was developed for Dubai Creek Harbour LLC (EMAAR), with SSH International serving as the consultant. PMI’s involvement reflects its capabilities in delivering aluminium, glazing and metalwork packages for complex residential developments, from design and fabrication through to on-site installation.

The successful completion of PMI’s scope at Creek Beach Phases 4 & 5 further strengthens the company’s portfolio of major residential projects across the UAE, demonstrating its ability to deliver technically coordinated, high-quality façade and metalwork solutions within large-scale developments.
