Prime Metal Industries (PMI) has officially inaugurated its Aluminium Factory at Dubai Industrial City (DIC), marking a significant milestone in the company’s growth and expansion of manufacturing capabilities.
The inauguration ceremony, held on 11 April 2026, was led by Mr. Hatem Farah in the presence of ECC Group’s management and board members. The event was also attended by PMI General Manager, Mr. Omar Uwayda, along with the wider PMI team.
As part of the inauguration, attendees were taken on a guided walkthrough of the facility, where the PMI team showcased the factory’s operational setup, production capabilities, and advanced manufacturing processes. The visit provided insight into the integrated systems and workflow that support efficient, high-quality aluminium fabrication.
Spanning 7,548 m², the facility is designed to manufacture a wide range of aluminium systems, including curtain walls, windows, sliding doors, and railings. Equipped with advanced machinery such as CNC and NC systems, the factory enhances PMI’s ability to deliver high-volume façade solutions with precision, consistency, and efficiency.
Operating across two shifts, the new facility supports faster turnaround times, improved quality control, and greater production capacity, enabling PMI to meet the increasing demand for large-scale projects across the UAE.
The inauguration marks a key step in strengthening PMI’s role within the ECC Group’s integrated delivery model. By expanding its in-house manufacturing capabilities, PMI continues to support project execution through improved coordination, reduced dependency on external suppliers, and enhanced delivery timelines.
The event concluded with a brief networking session, where attendees engaged with the PMI team and explored opportunities for continued collaboration and growth.
