Swiss Property Development Selects Prime Metal Industries for La Reserve Residential Project

Dubai, UAE – Swiss Property Development LLC, a prominent real estate developer known for delivering premium residential and commercial projects, has selected Prime Metal Industries (PMI) as the main contractor for the fabrication, supply, and installation of both structural and non-structural metal works for the prestigious La Reserve residential building in Dubai Healthcare City 2, Al Jaddaf area. This landmark development marks another milestone in PMI’s portfolio of high-profile projects.     

The La Reserve project, located on Plot No. 3262966 (DHC2.K.22), is a multi-storey residential building comprising a basement, ground floor, and 14 additional storeys. It promises to be a high-end addition to the vibrant and rapidly growing Dubai Healthcare City 2 district. 

As part of the scope of work, PMI will be responsible for providing a comprehensive range of metal works, ensuring the structural integrity and aesthetic appeal of the building.
