Aluminium & Glazing Works for Town Square Developments

Prime Metal Industries (PMI) is making strong progress on its scope of aluminium and glazing works across four major residential developments within the Town Square Developemnt master community in Dubai, with the project now reaching approximately 70% completion.

The works are being executed for Nshama Properties across four residential towers—Kaya (Plot 86), Elaya (Plot 87), Fia (Plot 88), and Ora (Plot 89)—which together form a key part of the community’s expanding residential fabric. Once complete, these developments will contribute significantly to the growing urban lifestyle offering of Town Square.

PMI’s scope includes the supply, fabrication, and installation of aluminium systems and high-performance glazing works across all four buildings, covering a combined built-up area of approximately 126,247 m².

Strong Progress Across Multiple Residential Towers

The aluminium and glazing works are being delivered across varying building typologies and heights, each requiring precise coordination and sequencing to align with overall construction progress:

• Kaya – Ground Floor + 2 Podium Levels + 13 Residential Floors + Roof | BUA: 31,361 m²  

• Elaya – Ground Floor + 2 Podium Levels + 14 Residential Floors + Roof | BUA: 28,449 m²  

• Fia – Ground Floor + 2 Podium Levels + 16 Residential Floors + Roof | BUA:  36,639 m²  

• Ora – Ground Floor + 2 Podium Levels + 14 Residential Floors + Roof | BUS:  29,798 m²  

With structural works advancing and façade installation progressing in parallel, PMI has successfully maintained steady installation rates across all plots, ensuring alignment with project milestones and overall construction sequencing.
